Recurring Procedures

Use this sub-module to view recurring procedures batch that have been carried out in the system within a specific period of time.

The status of the entries normally defaults to posted.   


To access this window, click: Customer Relationship Management - > Operations - > Utilities - > Recurring Procedures

The following screen will open up:

Recurring Procedures Main Page

All the posted entries will be displayed on the screen. 

The other statuses of the entries can also be viewed here. 

Select the appropriate grouping from the drop-down menu:

Refresh to reload data onto the screen. 

Viewing Recurring Procedures 

Identify the entry to be viewed.

Click on the view icon.

Click against it to open the following window:

Information can be filtered by the following groupings when viewing the recurring procedures by selecting the appropriate search filter.

Use the scroll bar to view more details about a specific entry.
