Account Statistics

This sub-module will be displaying all the customer's account statistics of i.e. Products, standing orders, guarantors etc.

NOTE: 1. If you are an employee, you can't view another employee's account status unless you have rights & Permissions to do so or have access.

 2.  If you're an employee, you cannot carry out any transaction on your account!

To access this window, Click on Customer Relationship management -> Operations -> Customers - > Account Statistics.

Shortcut - To access this window, Click on Dashboard module - > Account Statuses.

This module can also be accessed through a short cut which is placed on the top status bar of the system. Circled in red below:

 Viewing A Customer's Account Details

Customer - Click on the customer's name look up icon open the customer look up dialog box. 

Select the customer whose accounts status is to be viewed from the list of customers. 

Once the customer is selected, the details will be populated to the respective fields as shown below.

On the above screen, you can view the customer's accounts listing, particulars, address, referees and specimen. 

Click on each tab to view the details contained within. 

All the information regarding the customer with particular reference to the selected tab will be displayed.

Account Listing Tab: This tab displays all the products the customer has.

Credit Scores Tab: This tab displays the credit scores for mobile loans.

Loan Guaranteed: All the loans a customer has guaranteed will display here.

Loan Guarantors: All the members who has guaranteed this customer will be shown here.

Loan Applications: This tab displays the loan applications made by the particular customer.

Payouts History: This tab shows payouts received by the customers.   

Loan Product Exemptions: This tab displays the exempted loan products.   

Bank Accounts: This tab displays the customer's bank accounts. 

Individual Particulars Tab: This tab displays the customer's personal details. 

Address Tab: This tab displays the customer's physical Location, Addresses, phone number and email addresses.

Referees Tab: This tab displays the customer's referees.

Specimen Tab: This tab displays the customer's passport photo, identity card front & back images and signature.
