Use this module to view surveys.
To access this sub module, Click on Customer relationship management -> Operations -> Messaging -> Surveys.
The following window will open up:
Click Add New button to open the following window.
Description - Description briefly explains the purpose and content of the survey to potential respondents.
Entry Question - This is the initial question asked to gather basic information for the survey.
Entry Answer -Response provided by a respondent to the entry question.
Closing Remark - Concluding Statement for the survey.
Entries -The responses or submissions provided by participants in response to the survey question.
Click Create button to create a survey.
On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
Right click and click on the view icon to open the window below.
Click on that icon to dispatch the survey the following window will open.
Select an intended survey recipient and click update to dispatch the survey.
On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
Identify the survey to be edited:
Right click and click on the edit icon to open the following window.
Make the necessary modifications and click update.
On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
