Use this module to view and reset(failed) SMS alerts.
To access this sub module, Click on Customer relationship management -> Operations -> Messaging -> Notification Jobs.
The following window will open up:
The entries are grouped according to their current statuses as shown below:
This can however be changed to a preferred grouping type by selecting from the group by dropdown shown below:
Entries with exception raised as status have a corresponding remark to them.
To reset a notification job right click and click on the reset icon that appears as shown below:
Depending on the exception message, the right corrective measure can be taken, and the notification reset
The alert will then be delivered to the intended party.
On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
