To access this window, click: Customer relationship management- > Operations - > Messaging - >Bulk Message Batches.
The following window opens up:
The bulk message batches have been subdivided into 5 categories, select the category you would like to view as shown in the figure below and then click on REFRESH.
Viewing a Bulk Message Batches
Right click and click on the view icon that pops up as shown as below.
The following screen will open:
Verifying Bulk Message Batch
Right click and click on the verify icon that pops up to open the screen shown below.
NOTE: Don't forget to add the remarks. Operations cannot be verified without remarks.
Cross-reference the information provided and confirm its accuracy then press the verify button.
On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
