Guarantor Management
This module is for adding or remove guarantors from a running loan.

To access this window, click :Credit Management- > Operations - > Guarantor Management - > Guarantor Management
The following screen will open up:

Guarantor Management Fig 1.
On the above screen:
Full Account Number - Click on the lookup icon to open the Customer Account Lookup dialog box:

NOTE : Select the account type as loan from the drop down menu.
Next, select search string i.e what you are using to get the member e.g account number .payroll number as shown in the figure below

Select the loanee and his details will appear as shown in the figure below:

On The Guarantor Details Pane:

On the above screen, do the following:
Customer - Click on the customer look up icon

to open the Customer Lookup dialog box:

Search for and select the customer who is to be added as a guarantor to the loanee.
Enter the amount pledged in the amount guaranteed field, then click on add button to add the customer to the guarantors pane just below:

The above steps have to be carried out on every customer who is to be added as a guarantor the loanee.
Along the same lines, an erroneously captured guarantor can be removed by selecting the guarantor then clicking on the remove button:

The added guarantors are automatically added to the loanee.
Refresh the window to view the recently added guarantors.

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
