Applications
This sub module is used to view all the loans that have been processed in the system within a particular period of time.
All the Loan statuses are also displayed using this option .i.e approved,disbursed,audited,or rejected.

To access this sub module Click on Credit Management -> Navigate -> Operations - > Loaning Origination - > Applications
The following screen will open up:

How To View Loan Applications:
Select the desired loan section from the drop down: BOSA or FOSA.
Select the start date and end dates from the calendar icons.
Narrow down the search filter using the account number, serial number, last name etc..
Once done, click on the refresh button to reload data onto the screen as shown below:

Select the customer to view more details about the loan applied: which will be displayed on the lower part of the screen:
Qualification
It displays a customers qualification

Appraisal
Shows how the customer has been appraised and it shows the repayment schedule for the loan applied

Loan Guarantors Tab:
The guarantors tab displays the guarantors attached to the customer for the applied loan product.

Existing Guarantors
This tab shows the already existing guarantors for that selected customer

Loan History
Shows the loan history of the customer for the selected loan

Standing Order
Shows a customers' standing orders

This tab shows the loans a customer has that are in process

Loan Collaterals Tab:
The collaterals tab display the valuables given by the customer as security for the loan.

This tab displays a customer's passport, signature identity card
