Registration

Use this module to register Loans/Advances into the system. 

At this stage, the details of the loan applicant, such as the type of loan applied, amount applied, guarantors etc. will be captured into the system by the loans officer.

To access this module: Credit Management -> Operations ->Loan Origination-> Registration.

The following window will open up: 

On the above window, fill in the following: 

 

Customer Info

This tab shows where to capture the member details.

Customer Name - Click on the lookup icon to open the Customer Lookup dialog box: 

Customers Listing

Search for and select the customer applying for a loan. 

The selected customer's details - Customer Type, Membership Status, Membership Wdr. Date, Domicile Branch, Employer Name, Duty Work Station, Admin Division, Identification Number #, Member Number, Account Number, Personal File Number - will be populated to the respective fields.

 

Particulars

After selecting a member, the following tab will activate that displays the member's particulars - 

Member Particulars

Credit Scores - View the member's scoring on mobile loans (whether they qualify, by how much and reason for non qualification).

Customer Accounts - View list of the member's accounts. 

Standing Orders - View a list of the member's standing orders. 

Loan Applications - View a list of the member's non-disbursed loans still undergoing processing.

Bank Accounts - View a list of the member's bank accounts registered on the system.

Specimen - View the member's identity card specimen (front and back), signature and picture.

 

Loan Info

This tab shows where to capture the loan product details.

Loan Info details

Loan Product - Use the lookup to select the appropriate Loan Product that the customer is applying for from the above list. 

Once the loan product has been selected, the Loan Info tab will be shown and populate data on the loan's Loan Product Section, Annual Percentage Rate, Interest Calculation Mode,  Term(Months), Maximum Amount and Maximum Amount % (amounts that a member can apply for).

The member's Deposits Balance, Latest Income and Loan Balance will be auto-filled accordingly.

Loan Purpose - Click on the lookup to select a loan purpose from the list.

Disbursement Mode - Click on the lookup to select a disbursement mode.

Amount Applied - This is the amount the member wishes to apply for.

Received Date - Enter the date received (the date that the loan application was made) 

Reference - You may enter the loan document reference number here for identifying the loan case.

 

At the bottom at that screen there are nine tabs namely: Loan Guarantors, Loan Collaterals, Fixed Deposits, Existing Guarantors, Payout History as illustrated in the figure below:

Loan Guarantors

Use this tab to register the member's prospective loan guarantors for the loan they wish to take.

Customer Name - Click on the customer look up icon to open the Customer Lookup dialog box:

Customers listing

Search for and select the customer whose request is to be received. 

The customer's Customer Type, Membership Status, Customer Serial #, Identification Number, Member Number, Account Number, Personal File Number, Domicile Branch. Employer Name, Duty Work Station, Admin Division will be automatically populated to the respective fields.

The Current Guarantees field will be populated by how many members the customer has guaranteed.

The Balances Guaranteed field will be populated by how much in loan balance the customer has guaranteed.

The Appraisal Factor will be populated in case the appraisal factors have been captured for the selected loan product the loanee wants to take.

The Guarantor Security Mode will select from what was set on the Loan Setup. This is whether the guarantor is using income or deposits for the loan's security.

The Total Shares shows the total share balance of the member.

The Committed Shares shows how much in balance the member still has committed towards running loans.

Amount Guaranteed - Enter the amount the member wishes to guarantee.

Click on the Add button to add the guarantor(s) to the guarantors list.

In case you make an error in  entering a guarantor, you can delete/remove the entry by selecting against an added guarantor and click the Remove button to remove them from the list.

Removing a Guarantor

By right clicking on the entry and selecting the view customer option, you will be able to access all the information of the selected guarantor i.e. his/her contacts, products etc.

View Customer: This window will show the guarantor's personal details: address details, specimen, referees, names and other membership details.

Statistics: This window will show the guarantor's statistical data: standing orders, credit scores, guaranteed loans, bank accounts, undisbursed loan applications.

Loan Collaterals

In this section will be able to check other forms of security a customer has other than guarantors e.g. Log Books, Title deeds etc.

Check against a collateral to register it as a security collateral to the loan.

 

Fixed Deposits

In this section will be able to check other forms of security a customer has other than guarantors e.g. Fixed Deposits.

Check against a fixed deposit to register it as a security for the loan.

 

Existing Guarantors

This tab displays the already existing guarantor that customer has.

Payouts  History

Use the Payouts History tab to check on the Customers income history i.e. Salary & Payouts as shown below

If the customer applying for a loan has satisfied all the loan registration requirements, input the registration remarks from the Loaning Remark Lookup dialog box:

Click on the update button to save the application into the system. 

A pop up message asking whether you want to proceed appears. Click on the Yes button to proceed. 

Click on the No button to go back to the loan registration window.

 

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.

 

The loan application is automatically loaded into the Loan Cases File, where it will be shown as “Registered”.

 

 

 

 

Registration With Loan Request

Use this module to register Loans whose loan requests have been captured into the system. 

The following window will open up:

NOTE : To use this option, the Receive Loan Request before Loan Registration? flag under Companies Setup must be checked.

 

Customer Info

Customer Name - Click on the lookup icon to open the Loan Requests Lookup dialog box:

Search for and select the customer's loan request. 

The selected customer's details - Customer Type, Membership Status, Membership Wdr. Date, Domicile Branch, Employer Name, Duty Work Station, Admin Division, Identification Number #, Member Number, Account Number, Personal File Number - will be populated to the respective fields.

Loan Product - This will be populated by the loan that was selected. If the customer wishes to have a different product, use the lookup to select the appropriate Loan Product that the customer is applying for from the above list.

Select the other remarks appropriately, i.e, if a customer has not provided their payslip, select no payslip.
