To access this window, click :
Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Operations =>> Membership Withdrawal =>> Settlement =>> Batch Verification
When you open the the Batch verification page, the window below is displayed.
It displays the list of the batches that are due for verification
Right click on the selected entry icon that is against every entry on the verification page, to call for action to verify the selected entry
On clicking the verify icon, the verification window opens.
Verify the details of the Withdrawal Settlement Batch.
Remarks - fill in the remarks field Appropriately
Once done Click on the Update Button
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
Viewing Membership Withdrawal Settlement Batch
On the Membership window right click on the selected entry use the view icon against the record you wish to view. the window below opens.
The details of the batch Populates in all the available fields. The batch entries that have been created under the batch appear in the Batch entries area.
You can use filters to check the batch entries and use the search filter while looking for a certain entry.
