Use this sub-module to approve registered membership termination requests.
To access this window, click: Registry Management =>> Operations =>> Membership Withdrawal =>> Approval
The following screen will open up:
On the above screen, fill in the following:
Customer Name - Click on the look up icon to open the following Membership Withdrawal Notification Lookup tab and select the customer whose request is to be approved from the above registered cases.
NOTE: The status of the request to be approved must be registered.
Data will be automatically populated to the other fields when the customer is selected.

Select any of these tabs to view the products and balance of the customer.
Loans Account - Displays a member's loan accounts and the Loan balances.
Savings Account - Shows you a summary of the member's savings account.
Investment Accounts - Displays a summary of a member's investment accounts.
Loans Guaranteed - Displays the loans a member has guaranteed.
Approval Remarks - Enter the approval remarks.
Select on the approval action or defer to approve the withdrawal notice.
Click on the UPDATE Button to save the information into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
