Use this sub-module to view list notifications of Members whose terminations requests and initiating member termination requests.
To access this window, click: Registry Management =>> Operations =>> Membership Withdrawal =>> Catalogue
The following window will open up:
Click on the Create button to open the following window:
On the above screen, fill in the following:
Customer Name - Click on the look up icon to open the Customer Lookup dialog box and select the appropriate customer from the above list.
Make use of the search filters for easier identification.
Data will be automatically populated to the other fields in grey.
Transaction Reference - Enter a Transaction Reference or use the lookup to select a transaction reference.
Termination Category - Select a termination category from the drop-down below:
NOTE: You can also type the name of the category you want and when typing the name of a termination Category, the system will suggest the termination category from where you can select, as shown below:
Remarks - Enter appropriate termination remarks into this field.
The customer's Savings, Loan, Investment Accounts and Loan Guaranteed details will be displayed below in the subsequent tabs:
The customer's net worth will also be displayed in the lower part of the screen:
NOTE: For a customer to withdraw (Voluntary, Retiree and Partial (BOSA)), all loans he/she has guaranteed must be substituted with another guarantor if there are any loans that are still running.
Also, the customer's net refundable must be greater than or equals to zero - which means he/she doesn't owe organization.
The Net Refundable amount is the sum of investment balances less loans balances.
The following notification will pop up when a member has guaranteed loans:
The following notification will pop up when a member has a negative refundable amount (Less Refundable shares than total loans):
Click on the create button to save the information into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
In case of a mistake when registering a withdrawal notification, you can invalidate the created notification and register again by invalidating the first created notification.
Click on the invalidate icon against the termination case to open the following window:
Enter the Validation remarks and click the Update button to get the following confirmation message:
You can view the details of a withdrawal notification.
Click on the view icon against the registered case to view more details about the entry.
