Ad Hoc Queries
Use this sub-module to confirm a non-existent(new) customer's details against the government's Integrated population registration system (IPRS) system.
To access this window, click :
Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Operations =>> Population Register Queries =>> Customer Queries
The following window will open up:
Ad Hoc Queries Fig 1.
Use this sub module to verify the details of a person who is yet to join your society as a member.
Click on create to originate an ad hoc request.
The following window opens up:

Select the identity card type presented :
Ad Hoc Queries Fig 3.
Enter the Identity Card Number and Identity Card Serial Number as they appear on the provided document, then define appropriate Remarks regarding the request.
Create the request.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
The new request will be as below:

Once approved, the details will be pulled from the IPRS and will be available under the queried status.
