Customer Queries.
Use this sub-module to confirm an existent customer's details against the government's Integrated Population Registration System (IPRS) system.
To access this window, click :
Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Operations =>> Population Register Queries =>> Customer Queries
The following window will open up:

Use this sub module to make requests for customers that already exist in the master register.
To originate a customer query, select create to open the following window :

On the above screen:
Click on the lookup icon to search for the customer.
Make use of the available search options to find then select the member.
Details will be populated as below :

Provide appropriate remarks in the remarks field then create.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
The request will be captured as new:

Once approved, the request will be made against the government's IPRS database and the results will be pulled and displayed under the Queried status.
