To access this window, click : Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Operations =>> Membership Education =>> Venues
The following window will open up:
Creating An Education Venue:
Click on the add button to open up the following screen:
- Name - Type name of the venue.
Enforce Investments Balance ?- tick if you must have shares in order for you to attend education.
Venue is locked? - check if you want to render the venue unusable.
REMEMBER: Checking the above flag will render the venue unusable even after its immediate creation.
Click on the create button to save the information into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
Editing An Education Venue:
To modify an education venue, identify the venue then right click on the selected entry
To open the following screen
Modify the venue accordingly then click on the update button to save the changes into the system.
On the above screen, you can also choose to check the Enforce Investments Balance and Venue is locked flags.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
