This sub-module is for the primary purpose of linking customers to their respective stations.
To access this module click on Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Operations =>> Customers =>> Station Linkage
The following window will open up:
To Link A Customer To A Station:
Station - Click on the Station search dialog box to open the following Station Look Up dialog box:
Select the station to which you want to link the customer from the available stations.
Once a station has been selected, the list of all customers who belong to that station will be displayed in the customers pane just below:
On the customer details pane:
Customer- Click on the customer search icon to open the following Customer Look Up dialog box:
Search and select the customer to be linked to the selected station.
Employer - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
Station - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
The customer's current station will be displayed on this field.
Serial Number - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
Identity Card Number - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
Payroll Number - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
Account Number - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
Membership Number - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
Personal File Number - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
Domicile Branch-Data will be automatically populated to this field when the customer is selected.
Click on the update button to add the customer to the station.
The customer's name will be automatically appended to the customers pane on the lower part of the screen.
Toggle selection?-Check to select all the customers
Removing A Customer From A Station Linkage:
1. Click on the Station search dialog box to open Station Lookup dialog box.
2. Select the station to which the customer belongs from the list of stations.
Zone, Division and Employer details will be loaded automatically since they're all inter-linked.
Once the station has been selected, a list of all customers who belong to that station will be displayed in the customers pane (as shown in the figure below).
3. Search for and select the customer to be removed from the station.
4. Click on the reset button to remove the customer.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
