Domicile Branch Linkage

This sub-module is used to link customers to their respective branches.


To access this module click on:

Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Operations =>> Members Management =>> Domicile Branch Linkage

The following window will open up:

Branch Linkage 

The blurred fields are usually populated with the details of the logged user.

How To Link A Customer To A Branch:

1. Branch - Click on the Branch icon to open the Branch Look Up dialog box:

Select branch from the list of branches available.

The city and company will be automatically populated or made inactive for any further changes once the branch is selected. See below:

 Customer Details Pane: 

 On the customer details pane: 

Click on the customer lookup icon to open the Customer Lookup dialog box: 

Search and select the customer that you want to link to the selected branch. 

The rest of the customer details - employer, station, serial number, identity card number, payroll numbers, account number, membership number, personal file number -    will be automatically populated to the respective fields. 

Click on the update button to link the customer to the branch.

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
