This sub - module is used for creating Directors.
To access this module, click on Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Operations =>> Members Management =>> Directors
The following window will open up:
Click on the Add New, to open the following screen:
Go ahead and proceed to select the director from the customer lookup to open the following Customer Lookup dialog box:
Search for and select the customer.
Remarks - Enter remarks into this field accordingly.
Click on the CREATE Button to save the director into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
Editing A Director
To edit a Director's information:
Identify the director to be edited, right click on it and click edit ;
against him to open the following window:
Make necessary changes to the director's details.
Check the
option to lock a director.
When a director is locked, he/she will not be able to enjoy the benefits of being a director in the system.
Click on the UPDATE Button to save the changes into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
