Use this sub-module to create delegates into the system.
To open this module go to, Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Operations =>> Customers =>> Delegates
The following window will open up:
Click on the Add button to open the following window:
Customer - Click on the customer lookup icon to open the following Customer Lookup dialog box:
From the above list, search for and select the customer to be created as a delegate and double-click to select.
After Selecting, the rest of the fields will populate automatically or be inactive for additional changes.
Remarks - Enter the remarks appropriately.
Check the box Is Administrative option to effect member with administrative role as delegate.
Check the box Is locked option to lock a delegate.
Click on the Create button to save the information into the system.
On successful completion, you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
To edit a delegate's information:
Identify the delegate to be edited; Right click on the delegate to get the edit button .
Then click on the edit icon to open the following window:
Make appropriate changes to the delegate's details.
Check the box against the is Locked Button option to lock a delegate.
NOTE : checking this renders him unusable.
When a delegate is locked, he/she will not be able to enjoy the benefits of being a delegate in the system.
Click on the UPDATE Button to save the changes into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
