Enrollment

Use this sub module to receive customer enrollment requests for a client that is to be enrolled/ captured as a member of your institution.

This is useful when the authenticity of a person needs to be established before becoming a member of your society. 

NOTE : Each and every field in this sub module needs to be filled.

To access this window, Click on Registry Management =>> Operations =>> Customers =>> Enrollment Requests.

The following window will open up:      

Enrollemnt Window

To capture a new enrollment request, select  receive to open the following window : 

NOTE : All fields are mandatory.

Select the membership class and customer type being enrolled.

Fill in the details ~ Membership & Payroll Numbers, station, enrollment date, Individual particulars, Addresses and capture the specimen.

NOTE :  The above feature is only available/ usable when the flag is checked under companies

Otherwise the normal customer registration procedure will be applicable.
