To access this sub module click on: Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Setup =>> Dividend Codes
The following window will open up :
Creating Dividend codes
Click on the add button to open the following screen :
Define the name appropriately
Is Locked? check this to render electoral zone non operational
Click update to commit the changes into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
Editing a dividend code:
Identify the dividend code to be edited :
Right click on the entry to see the edit button as shown below:
Click on edit to open the following window
Define the name to be changed click update .
on successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
