To access this sub module click on: Registry Management =>> Navigate =>> Setup =>> Electoral Zones

The following window will open up : 

All the Electoral zones in the system will be displayed.

Creating an Electoral Zone

Click on the add button to open the following screen :

On the above screen :       

Use the search  feature to select a parent Electoral zone if you are creating one that is a sub electoral zone(detail entry) of another electoral zone.

Define the name of the Electoral zone, choose header or detail in the type entry field and finally define remarks for the Electoral zone and click create.

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.

Editing an Electoral zone:

Identify the zone to be edited  right click on the entry to  open the following window:

view audit log to view the audit log of the entry.

click on the edit icon to open the following window:

Make the necessary changes appropriately.

Click update to commit the changes into the system.

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
