Temporary Employees

This module is for record Temporary employees.

To access this module, click on: Human Resources Module -> Navigate ->Operations-> Employees -> Temporary Employees

The following screen will open up:

 The available employee referrals are displayed. 

 Creating A Temporary Employee :

Click on the Add new button to open the following screen :

 Designation - Click the 

to lookup designation from the dialog box as shown

Branch - Click the 

to lookup branch from the dialog box as shown

Department - Click the 

to lookup department from the dialog box as shown

Blood group - Select type from the drop down list as shown below

Define PIN, NSSF & NHIF numbers respectively.

Click 

to select Hire & Release dates.(Alternatively You can type in the the dates in the text boxes available)

Remarks - Specify remarks

Specify Particulars & Address information by navigating between the tabs highlighted below.

 Click create to capture the data into the system. 

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.

Editing A Temporary Employee 

Identify and right-click the Employee to be edited : 

 Click on the edit icon against the record to open the following window :

 Make necessary changes to the employee's details

Check 

 

to terminate temporary Employee.

 Update to save the changes.
