Use this sub module to capture employee training sessions and relevant details into the system.
To access this module, click on: Human Resources Module -> Navigate ->Operations-> Employees -> Training Periods.
Invitation letters, memos and notifications pertaining to the same can also be uploaded into the system through this module.
NOTE: The documents uploaded here must be in PDF format ONLY. The following screen opens up:
The captured training periods are displayed.
Click on the Add new button to open the following window:
On the above screen:
Type in the Training period's Description, Venue, Total Value, Start Date & End Dates, Document #, Title, Description & Remarks.
Pick the training's facilitator and type.
Document - Double click on the document to be uploaded from the windows explorer dialog box:
Employee Details Pane:
Employee - Pick the employee to attend the training from the Employee Look Up dialog box:
Department - Data will be automatically populated to this field when the employee is selected.
Click add to commit the employee to the Target Employees Pane:
Repeat the above steps to add more employees to the Target Employees pane.
Select an entry then click Cancel button to effect its removal in case it was erroneous captured.
Click create to save the information into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
Identify and right-click the training period to be edited:
Click on the edit icon to open the following screen:
On the above screen:
Make changes to Description, Venue, Total Value, Start Date & End Dates, Document, Document Number, Title, Description & Remarks fields.
Employee - Add to or remove employees from the Target Employees Pane by picking the target employees from the Employee Look Up dialog box:
Click Update button to commit the changes into the system.
On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.
