  Appraise


 

            This sub module will be used by the appraiser to perform appraisals on employees who have already undertaken the self appraisal. 

To access this window, click :Human Resources Module -> Navigate -> Operations -> Performance Management ->Appraiser -> Appraise. 


 

          The following screen will open up:

      On the above screen, the appraiser will carry out the following operations: 


 

Employee -  Pick the employee to be appraised  from the  Employee Look Up dialog box:

         From the above list, search for and select the correct employee to be appraised.  

Appraisal Period - The active appraisal period within which the appraisals are being carried out  will be populated to this field. 


 

 Appraisal Questions: 


 

 Question: The appraisal questions answered by the employee will be populated in their respective orders. 

                 To access the next question in the appraisal process, the appraiser will click on the next button on the numbering bar, to the bottom right. See below:

     Answer :  To provide an answer to the appraisal question, the appraiser will click on the up down scroll keys to set a figure, based on his personal assessment of the employee. 

                   For text answer types, type in the answer. 


 

 

NOTE: The appraisal factor is rated between 0 - 10. Therefore you'll have to rate yourself within the enlisted range. 

             For answers whose type is text, a text box will be presented wherein you'll type your feed back.

             For every question answered, you have to click on the save button to save the information into the system before proceeding to answer the succeeding questions.


 

                                  Click save to commit the appraisal into the system. 

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.
