Register

Use this sub-module to register new customer accounts and carry out their verification.


To access this window, click: Front Office Management - > Operations - > Customer Accounts - > Register.

The following screen will open up as accounts will be displayed on the screen:

Creating A Customer Account 

Click on the ADD NEW Button, to open the following screen:

On this Create screen:

Customer - Click on the lookup icon to open the following Customer Lookup dialog box:

Select the Customer whose account is to be created. 

Data will be automatically populated to the Customer Name, Customer Type, Membership Status, Customer Serial #, Identification #, Member Number, Account Number, Personal File Number, Domicile Branch, Employer Name, Duty/WorkStation, Admin Division fields. 

Filter Criteria - Use this to search for different customers using the different fields provided in the drop down.

Click on the Savings products, Loan Products and Investment products tabs respectively just below the customer details window.

Select the appropriate products for which accounts are to be created on each tab. 

 

Click on the CREATE Button to create the accounts. 

On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.

Verify a Customer Account 

To verify a customer's account, you can use the Record Status filter type from the drop down:

Status

Select the accounts' status you wish to view, in this case since we are verifying a new/edited account, the status should be new/edited.
You can only verify a new/edited account.

You can also make use of the available search filters or navigate to the last page, where you'll find the new account to be approved.

Refresh to reload data onto the screen as below:

Identify the customer account to be verified.

Right Click on the account and click on verification option to open the following screen:

Cross check the details to ensure they're correct. 

History Tab: 

This tab contains the account history whether it was activated, frozen, dormant etc.

Specimen Tab: 

This tab will contain the specimen of the member.

Remarks - Input verification remarks into the remarks field. 

Select the approve option from the drop-down menu. 

Click on the update button to effect the approval. 

On successful completion you will get a pop-up message confirming that the operation was successful.

View a Customer Account

To view the verified account, select the appropriate status or make use of the available search filters, then click on the refresh button.

Refresh to reload data onto the screen as below:

You can be able to view the account statement, transactions and balances from the statement window as well.
