Use this sub - module to check for channel request logs.
To access this window, click :Alternate Channels Management - > Operations - > Channel request log-> Mobile banking requests
The following screen will open up :
Alternate Channels Reconciliation Periods Fig 1.
The available mobile banking requests will be displayed.
Select the appropriate one to view
You can filter by the appropriate status to view
