Agencies

    Use this sub-module to create and Manage Various Agencies in the Sacco.

To access this window, click : Alternate Channels Management =>> Operations =>> Agency Register =>> Agencies

Once you click on the agencies page, it'll open this default page below. it contains the list of agencies registered in the system.

To create an agent, Click on the Create button to open the page as shown below.

Begin by using the lookup buttons -Select the customer and float Account and Commission Account

Proceed to Define the Description, the commercial Activity, the Registration Date and the Personal Identification Number appropriately.

Once You are done with the details on the address tab, Proceed to the Owners Tab and Fill in all the details appropriately.

Choose the Salutation, Identity card type and Nationality accordingly.

Once you are done filling the details, if there are more than one record in this tab Click on the Add button to commit the record and prompt entry of another record.

To remove/discard any record, click on the already added record then click on the Remove button to remove that particular record. 

Proceed to the Related Outlets tab

Fill in the various field under this tab. Define the  Description, Physical Address, city, and the different address fields. 

Once you are done filling the details, if there are more than one record in this tab Click on the Add button to commit the record and prompt entry of another record.

To remove/discard any record, click on the already added record then click on the Remove button to remove that particular record. 

Proceed to the Witnesses tab

In the witnesses tab define the FirstName, LastName and the Designation and Choose the salutation appropriately. 

Once you are done filling the details, if there are more than one record in this tab Click on the Add button to commit the record and prompt entry of another record. 

To remove/discard any record, click on the already added record then click on the Remove button to remove that particular record. 


 

After Filling all the fields, click on the Create button to commit the changes.

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.


 

Editing POS

To edit, Click on the edit icon 

against the record you intend to edit. 

The following page will be displayed.

Make any changes that are necessary in the various fields and in the different tabs available. Note: Remember the procedure to Add or Remove any record to the list of either Related Outlets, Owners or Witnesses. 

On successful completion you will get a pop up message confirming that the operation was successful.

                               

                       


 

Viewing POS Agency

To view a record in the POS window, Click on the view icon 

against the record you intend to view. The following window appears

Here the details are populated for viewing only but all the fields are inactive for any data changes in the system. Use this window when you only have the objective of only viewing/verifying the availability/correctness of the details and not making any alterations.
