Use this sub - module to fulfill service inquiries.
To access this window, click :Alternate Channels - > Operations - > -> Channel Service Enquires.
The Following screen will be displayed
Channel Service Enquiries fig 1.
To fulfill inquiries simply select desired records and click :
Be sure to make use of Date filters as well as
to select all records
On successful operation, you will receive a pop up message indicating the the Operation was Successful.
