Forex Rates

Click on System Administration from the menu items; System Administration -->Setup--> Forex Rates.

The following screen opens up as the available Forex Rates are displayed: 

 

Creating a Forex Rate

Click the Add New icon to open the following window:

On the above screen:

Base Currency - Click on the look up icon as shown in the picture below to select base Currency.

Quote Currency - Click on the look up icon as shown in the picture below to select quote currency.

Effective Date - Select date.

Average Rate - Define the average rate.

 

Once done click on create and the following screen should pop up once successful. 

 

Editing a Forex Rate

In order to edit an existing Forex Rate, right-click on the item you want to edit, then click on the edit icon that appears as shown below:

The following screen will pop up:

On the above screen, edit the necessary fields accordingly.

 

Once you're done editing, simply click on update and the following window will pop up if successful: 

 

Remember to make use of the Search and Items Per Page function when searching:

You can select up to 1000 items to be viewed in one page:
